Mild Steel Flat Wires

Flat wires are new concept developed specially by Fortran steel.

In the process the flat wires are drawn from high strength rollers and pressed to deform in to flat. It finds a huge application in making vibrating shaft, vehicle Wipers, Fan rims etc.

The size of flat wires ranges from 20mm to 0.8mm

Also the wire chemical composition varies from low carbon wires to high carbon wires, medium manganese to high manganese wires.

Wire can be provided in various grades like SAE1018, SAE1010, SAE1015, SAE1006, SAE 1008, SAE1012, SAE7887, SAE1020, HC36-40, HC50-55, HC71-75, HC65-70, HC68-72, SWR6, SWR14, SWR10, and EQ.
